Bow Lake specialises in providing a range of affordable horse livery packages for all equestrian disciplines to suit both you and your horse’s needs. As well as the standard full livery and part livery packages, we also provide a range of additional bolt on services as needed to ensure that your equine livery package is as tailored to your needs as possible.

Designated turn out paddocks either individually or in pairs as required and with the aim for horses to have all year round daily turnout dependent on weather.
A whole yard routine to ensure the horses’ health and happiness. All horses are fed at 0630, lunchtime feed (if required) and hay 1200-1300 afternoon hay at 1600 and evening feed at 1700.
David oversees all aspects of the yard and is the first person on the yard in the mornings to feed at 0630. Having the owner still so involved in the day-to-day running of the yard means that you can expect expert knowledgeable care for your horse.
For competition horses, youngsters, retired and convalescing horses we provide a specialist service to ensure the best possible care
We also offer a range of additional ‘bolt on’ services tailored to meet your needs including show preparation, warming up/training at competitions, clipping/trimming, tack cleaning, additional walk in hand daily exercise.
Lorry and trailer parking on hard standing at no extra cost.
All liveries receive discounted lessons with David. We also have an annual Christmas livery party and other livery events throughout the year.

If you need some short-term additional support with your horse then this is the ideal package for you. Paid for on a weekly basis we will school your horse, addressing any particular issues that you might have or help to consolidate and improve the work you are doing so that progression can be made at a faster pace.

Ideal for those who want to own their own horse and have the opportunity to watch them develop and compete but for various reasons do not choose to compete themselves.

Intensive training livery
You may decide that you want to do some intensive training with your horse either to help you move up the levels or to just to consolidate and improve what you have done so far. Intensive training livery can be for a long weekend or booked for a week at a time and includes full care of your horse as well as daily lessons. There is also the opportunity to watch the advance horses and the youngsters being trained.
